Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in original packaging with all tags intact
  • Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • The refund will be credited within 5–7 business days after approval

In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be issued to the original payment source.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
